Payments can be made via our secure payment processor.
Complete the Google Form (click here) – This is completed after the listing is live in the MLS and photos have been completed.
You’ll be able to submit your agent photos and provide links to Dropbox for listing photos.
Receive your presentation draft within 2 business days.
Google form must be complete and payment must be received.
One round of edits is complementary.
Once approved all flyers and videos will be completed and sent for final approval.
Additional fees may apply for edit request after approvals.
Once approved, you will receive:
- Finalized Listing Presentation (PDF)
- Live Webpage Link (landomassey.com/[your-listing])
- Video (Landscape for YouTube & Website, Portrait for Socials)
- Single-Page Flyer with QR Code (Printable) or Four Page Landscape Presentation (Printable with FedEx tutorial)
Post the provided social media video on Instagram & Facebook.
Share the listing webpage with your network and clients.
Print flyers and presentations to distribute at open houses and meetings.
Engage with potential buyers who interact with the post.
Step 1: Pay the $99 setup fee (click here to pay) – this is a one time fee for setting up your custom branding on your flyers, presentations, and custom sidebar on the website listings page.
